Mission & Impact

Romeo Community Housing Initiative Foundation develops sustainable, energy-efficient affordable housing communities using innovative financing models — creating pathways to homeownership across Colorado.

Each Romeo community is master-planned to balance density, dignity, and shared services. We integrate on-site wraparound programs — childcare, youth services, family support, workforce development, wellness, and community commerce — ensuring that housing is paired with the support families need to stabilize, grow, and thrive.

Leadership

Nathaniel Fell

A father of three and widowed in 2024, Nathaniel brings both professional expertise and profound personal commitment to Romeo's mission of building whole communities rooted in dignity, accessibility, and long-term stability for working families.
