The undifferentiated source. Non-color that includes all colors. Silence that encompasses all sounds. Kushi's 7th level: God / One Infinity.

The first differentiation. One becomes two: yin (expanding) and yang (contracting). The beginning of all relationship and movement.

Polarized forces produce waves, rhythms, and frequencies. The vibrational world -- source of sound, light, and consciousness itself.

Vibration condenses into pre-atomic particles, then atoms, then elements. The spiritual becomes the physical.

Matter organizes into living systems -- cells, plants, animals. Life is the universe experiencing itself through form.

Life develops the capacity to reflect on itself. The human being stands at the intersection of the material and spiritual worlds.

The fully manifested individual. Unique. Temporary. Containing the entire spiral within.

Begin where you are. This body. This moment. This life.

Become aware of the physical form. Breath, posture, sensation.

Move from automatic sensing to deliberate attention. Feel without reacting.

Notice the subtle rhythms -- heartbeat, breath, the hum of stillness. The vibrational body.

Recognize the yin and yang within your experience. Expansion and contraction. Giving and receiving.

See the two sides as one. The conflict dissolves into complementarity.

Rest in the awareness that contains all experience. Not an escape from life -- a recognition of what life arises within.
