Board Member Buy-In

How board members personally invest in the mission

An Annual Contribution to the Foundation

Each board member makes an annual buy-in of $500 — a personal financial contribution to the foundation. This recommended amount keeps the commitment accessible for board members of every background while reflecting a genuine, hands-on stake in the mission and a shared sense of ownership in the work we do together. Members who are able and wish to give more are always welcome to.

$500recommended annual buy-in, per board member

What the Buy-In Supports

Petty cash for day-to-day operational needs
Vehicle purchases for foundation operations
Gas cards for travel and field work
A general company fund for organizational needs
Company activities that build a strong team
Community activities that serve the families we exist for

The $500 annual buy-in reflects each board member's personal investment in the foundation and helps fund the practical, on-the-ground resources that keep our mission moving. It is a recommended baseline adopted by the board; members are welcome to contribute more, and any adjustments are set by board resolution.
