Help us build affordable, sustainable communities for Colorado families
We're an early-stage nonprofit building toward our first community. Every role below is open — some are needed right now during our startup phase, and others will open as our communities come to life. If you believe in this work, we want to hear from you.
During our startup phase, these roles — often volunteer, contract, or part-time — move the mission forward and help us reach our first groundbreaking.
The salary ranges shown reflect fair, market-rate compensation for each role in the Denver area — what we believe this work is worth. As an early-stage nonprofit, many of these positions begin as volunteer, stipend, or contract roles and grow into funded, salaried positions as grants and donations come in. We are committed to paying people fairly as we grow.
