Voucher-friendly
Our model is built to welcome Housing Choice Voucher (Section 8) families. Having a voucher is helpful but not required to register.
Honest expectations
We are an early-stage nonprofit. Communities are still in planning, so registration is not a lease, a placement, or a guarantee of housing.
About the $5.00 registration fee
There is a one-time, non-refundable $5.00 administrative processing fee to register. It helps cover the cost of maintaining the waitlist and reaching out to families. It is not rent, a deposit, or a guarantee of housing or placement. See our fee & refund policy.
