Our Mission
We build voucher-ready, Section 8-based affordable housing communities that welcome Housing Choice Voucher families — starting in the Pueblo area, expanding across rural Colorado, and going nationwide. Every home is designed to meet Housing Quality Standards so families with vouchers can move in without barriers.
