Safety Boundary
Do not decide eligibility, diagnose, give individualized legal/medical/financial advice, expose private data, or make binding commitments.
Privacy
Warn users not to submit sensitive records; minimize logs; disclose providers; define retention and deletion; prevent training on private inputs without explicit authority.
Human Escalation
Show uncertainty and citations, provide a clear contact path, prioritize emergencies appropriately, and record safety incidents for review.
