Claims must earn their status

Evidence & Research

B.L.U.E. tracks source quality, applicability, limitations, safety, cost, and readiness before recommending implementation.

Evidence safeguard: proposals, pilots, engineering-dependent systems, legal-review items, verified standards, and rejected claims remain visibly distinct.

Evidence Record

Capture the claim, source, publication date, geography, population/site conditions, method, limitations, conflicts, reviewer, status, and review date.

Priority Questions

Housing delivery cost/time, resident outcomes, manufacturing workforce, water and energy performance, food-system safety, resilience, and replicability.

Engineering Review

Concept Review

Zeolite/salt cooling, atmospheric water, thermal towers, aquaponics, and other advanced systems remain engineering-dependent until site-specific analysis supports them.

Rejected / Nonviable

Rejected Claims

Perpetual-motion, “free energy,” unsupported health cures, and unsafe electroculture claims are not implementation standards.

Help shape B.L.U.E. responsibly
