Build in public service
Contribute expertise while protecting residents, evidence quality, and the Foundation’s mission.
Evidence safeguard: proposals, pilots, engineering-dependent systems, legal-review items, verified standards, and rejected claims remain visibly distinct.
Code, documentation, research, design, translation, data standards, testing, accessibility, construction knowledge, and lived experience are all valuable.
Explain the problem, affected users, evidence, risks, testing, accessibility, privacy impact, license, and rollback path.
Participation must be respectful, non-discriminatory, trauma-aware, and free from harassment, exploitation, retaliation, or misuse of resident information.
Use the Foundation contact channel and choose B.L.U.E. contribution. Do not send confidential resident, medical, legal, or financial records.
Questions, corrections, evidence, lived experience, and implementation expertise are welcome. Do not send sensitive personal records.
