Floor Plans & Add-Ons

Community Hub design concept

Circular schematic floor plans showing how every program could fit across three round ~80,000 sq ft floors, organized around a central atrium — plus a menu of optional add-ons a community could mix in. Each plan can be downloaded, and everything here is an early design concept, not a final plan.

Circular schematic floor plans

Each floor is drawn as a round building with a central atrium and rotunda, and program rooms fanning out around it like slices of a wheel. Where a room notes built-in offices, those are staff offices built right into the program room — often two, three, or four inside one large space — so staff work close to the people they serve instead of in a separate office wing. Use the PNG or SVG buttons on any floor to download that plan.
