Innovation, sustainability, and family support at scale
Each Romeo Foundation community is designed as an integrated whole
Romeo Foundation communities are comprehensive developments combining 100–220 sustainable homes—each on its own quarter-acre lot—across a total community footprint of 80–100 acres that includes parks and ponds. At the center sits a generously sized, three-story community hub center positioned in front of a large horticulture and growing area, anchored by a roughly 2-acre triangular growing enclosure. The grounds feature open parkland and two ponds—one stocked with koi fish for beauty and reflection, and a larger pond for recreational fishing. Every element is designed to work together—supporting families, growing food, preserving water and energy, protecting the environment, and building economic opportunity.
